We accept insurance for most primary care visits. Weight loss and hormone therapy programs are typically self-pay.
Insurance
We currently accept: TODO — list plans (e.g. Aetna, BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare).
Primary care visits are generally billed to insurance. Co-pays and deductibles depend on your individual plan — our team can help verify your benefits before your visit.
Self-pay programs
- Weight Loss Therapy — starting at $TODO/month, includes consultation and monitoring. Medication cost billed separately.
- Hormone Therapy (TRT) — starting at $TODO/month, includes labs and ongoing follow-up.
- Self-pay primary care visit — $TODO per visit for patients without insurance.
